The Laurel Highland Telephone Company, a subsidiary of Laurel Highland Total Communications, has been in operation since 1908. While the personalized service has remained the same, the services and technology have changed dramatically over the years. The telephone company now provides long distance services, bundled calling plans, variety of calling features, and brand new Triple Play Plans to meet the needs of any customer. LHTC Long Distance provides calling to the entire USA as well as international calling with rates as low as 7 cents per minute.

The Laurel Highland Television Company, a subsidiary of Laurel Highland Total Communications, was originally established in 1967 as a fully-owned subsidiary of the telephone company. The television company offers basic cable which includes 43 channels and fiber cable* which has several different tiers of cable including; 76 channels of Fiber cable, 127 channels of Digital cable, and 152 channels of HD cable of which 25 are High Definition (HD).

The Laurel Highland Telephone and Television Companies combine to offer Laurel Highland Total Communications' internet services. Laurel Highland Total Communications offers residential and business Internet services. LHTC provides high-speed Internet service at affordable prices, as well as many packages and plans which include Internet services.
