You have two options to fix the problem.
- Wait 4 hours for our network equipment to authorize the new computer
- Or you can call technical support at 724-455-0036 and we can help get the new PC up and running
For future reference, anytime you change your computer you have to go through a few steps before switching the network cable from the old computer to the new one.
- On your old computer, click on Start and then click on Run
- In the Run box, type
cmd
- When the Command Prompt window opens up type
ipconfig/release and press ENTER
- Now you can safely remove the network cable from the old computer and plug it into the new computer
