You have two options to fix the problem.
  • Wait 4 hours for our network equipment to authorize the new computer
  • Or you can call technical support at 724-455-0036 and we can help get the new PC up and running

For future reference, anytime you change your computer you have to go through a few steps before switching the network cable from the old computer to the new one.
  • On your old computer, click on Start and then click on Run
  • In the Run box, type
    cmd
  • When the Command Prompt window opens up type
    ipconfig/release
    and press ENTER
  • Now you can safely remove the network cable from the old computer and plug it into the new computer
